When I log into the app it shows that I have an active subscription, but I can only play 30 seconds of a song?Updated 8 months ago
This is an issue that has been identified with our app users - we're currently working on a permanent fix and appreciate your patience in the meantime.
If you fully log out of the app and log back in this should fix the issue, and you will be able to play the entirety of songs again.
