How do I cancel my Lucky Voice subscription?Updated a year ago


If you created your account via our website:


  • Log into your account, click 'My Account' in the top right (if using a mobile device, there will be a person icon in the bottom left instead of 'My Account')
  • Click on the 'My membershipbutton in the bottom left of the menu
  • Click the 'Cancel subscription' button in the bottom right of the menu
  • Choose to accept our £4.99 offer or continue with the cancellation
  • Choose whether you would like to opt into our newsletter
  • Your subscription is now cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email of this
*PLEASE NOTE* If you cannot see the "Cancel membership" button, most probably:
  • You have already cancelled the membership
  • You have signed up for it using different email address, please try logging in with another email address

If you created your account via the Lucky Voice App:


  • Access Settings on your Apple device
  • At the top of settings, tap on your name
  • Tap Subscriptions 
  • Tap Lucky Voice subscription - then 'Cancel subscription'
  • Then click 'Confirm'
  • The subscription will no longer be highlighted, meaning it is cancelled
